Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

We accept returns in cases where the product received is not in its intended condition, is damaged or missing parts at the time of delivery. any such item should be reported within 5 days from the receipt of the item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, Your refund will be processed in your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days from the receipt of the returned item. Please note that the products have to be packaged back in original condition and properly for the refunds to be applicable.

Late or missing refunds(if applicable)

It will take 3 working days for us refund you from the day we have received the product back.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@thedecorremedy.com
